Total Vacancies - 169 posts
1. District Manager: (33 vacancies) Salary – Rs 24,000 to Rs 28,000 pm
Eligibility: Degree in any branch of engineering/PG in Agriculture/Science plus MBA in any discipline from a reputed academic institution
Experience :At least 5 years work experience in industry/ office set ups/ relevant activities. Experience in managing/handling of state and national level large scale Skill Development and Placement/ Poverty Reduction/Livelihoods programme will be given preference.  The person should have acknowledged capabilities in partner and stakeholder management, implemented large scale operations on the field and proven record of team handling. S/he should have very good understanding of employment policies, public private partnership, market employment trends and better HR practices. The person should have hands on experience of handling MIS and MS Office. S/he should be able to coordinate with various government officials in ensuring delivery of the end results. Programme management skills would also be required with experience in handling a team (lower management) counted in terms of ability to manage office, address the administrative issues, tracking training partners, monitoring MIS and reporting, ensuring quality implementation, problem solving attitude etc.The person should have proven track record of
a. Working with state/central government programmes
b. Implementing livelihoods/poverty reduction programme at scale
c. Excellent exposure and experience of working for poor communities.
2.District Consultant – Skills & Placement : (33 vacancies) Salary – Rs 20,000 to Rs 25,000 pm
Eligibility : Graduate in any discipline of engineering/PG in Agriculture/Science/ RD/ RM or MBA from a reputed academic institution  OR retired officers from Government/Industry/ Army with above qualifications
Experience : At least 5 years work experience in Social Sector/Social Mobilisation Poor/ Rural Project Implementation. Experience in managing/handling of state and national level large scale Skill Development/Poverty Reduction/Livelihoods programme will be given preference.  The person should have acknowledged capabilities in implementing social strategies for poor in large scale poverty reduction programme/ skill development initiatives. S/he should have worked with community institutions and their federation, capacity building programmes, skill related developmental programmes. Programme management skills would also be required with experience counted in terms of ability to navigate through the guidelines of the state agencies/ partners (operational manuals), managing partnership, assess the performance and relate results to the team and being a team member responsible for successful interventions at the community levels (rural & urban), etc.

3. Community Organizers: (70 vacancies) Salary – Rs 10,000 to Rs 12,000 pm
Eligibility : Bachelors in Social Work; Masters/ PG in Sociology, Social Work/Rural Management Experience : At least 3 years’ experience of working on community based projects, preferably on livelihoods/Skill development/ rural poverty reduction programmes at National/ State levels.  The person should have worked at field level and had operational experience on working with community of the poor. S/he should have fair understanding about mobilizing for development projects, conducting rapid participatory appraisals, liaison with key resources and stakeholders etc. Person would be detailed to mobilize youth and maintain database on a monthly basis (225 candidates/ month from urban BPL families).4. Data Entry Operators cum Office Assistant: DEO- cum OA (33 vacancies) Salary - Rs 7000 to 8000 pm
Eligibility : Bachelors degree in any discipline and a Diploma in Computer Applications
Experience: At least one year experience in working as a DEO cum OA in any organization.

Rajasthan Skill and Livelihoods Development Corporation- RSLDC (formerly known as RMoL) is an initiative by the Government of Rajasthan to cater to the challenges of creating a large number of Skill development and livelihood opportunities for the poor, increasing labour force and to increase the income levels of working poor in the state. RSLDC is striving hard to design and implement the appropriate livelihoods strategies for the poor and the vulnerable. The mandates of the corporation are:
1.Build and disseminate knowledge
2.Skill Enhancement
3.Policy Reform and advocacy
4.Capacity Building of organizations
5.Designing livelihood promotion strategies
6.Implementing Pilots 
RSLDC started skill training programmes in 2004. Since then, it has trained more than 80,000 youth. In view of large scale unemployment problem, it wishes to scale up the skill training programme. It acts as a centralized corporation for training activities, livelihood innovation and liaison between various different institutions, boards, government departments within and outside the country to facilitate employment generation. RSLDC has shouldered the responsibilities of the skilling and development of the entire state in true perspective. 
For this purpose, RSLDC lays emphasis on promotion of ‘professionally competent and dedicated implementation structures’ at the state, district, and sub-district level for managing and supporting all Skill development and Livelihoods activities.  
For ensuring that technical assistance and required implementation support is available at every district of the state, RSLDC envisages one of the key activities to be the services for staff augmentation and allocation of human resources plus management through hiring of a consultancy service, which will provide suitable manpower and efficient management support services to make the RSLDC operational across all districts of the state. 
RSLDC has engaged SIDS (P) Ltd to supply high quality human resources at its District and sub-district level positions across all the districts of the state. A brief profile for these positions is given below.

SIDS invites applications from interested candidates who have the commitment to work for the rural youth and fulfil the eligibility criteria for these positions. The positions would be offered on a contract basis for a period of two years initially. Candidates should apply online at the link provided.
